Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
At this time, fishqt.com ships exclusively within Germany. We are not currently able to deliver orders to addresses outside of Germany. Depending on stock availability, your order will be dispatched from one of our warehouses located in either Germany or France.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options at checkout.
Standard Shipping
This option is free of charge. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 and 5 business days.
Express Shipping
This option costs 4.95 EUR and includes shipment insurance for extra peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 2 and 3 business days.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
The delivery times listed above begin once your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the shipping carrier. They do not include our order processing time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Depending on the shipping option selected, tracking information may be included so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fishqt.com so we can try to update it before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@fishqt.com with your order number so we can investigate and assist you. Orders placed with Express Shipping are insured, which helps us resolve these situations quickly.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains items from different warehouse locations, it may arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for this.
